For all of you Manny Pacquiao fans, here’s a great Q&A session with Manny’s strength coach Alex Ariza.

He touches on a few important things related to training such as:
- Why Fat is Great and shouldn’t be feared
- Why you should vary your training intensity
- Protein intake and the fighter
- Why everybody and hence, every body has different needs when training (stop treating yourself like a Manny Pacquiao or a GSP – It’s all specific to your needs and how you react to training and nutrition).
